Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment
Full RefundCancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before appointment
50% RefundCancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours / No-show
No RefundCancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
